#22 On Semblance of Life

(BALi, KulturBahnhof Kassel)

Dreams and unconscious narratives are refracted through collective crises, offering a discourse on the interplay between myth, memory, and contemporary subjectivity. The films disrupt linear conceptions of time and self by interrogating the symbolic structures through which life is mediated. These works destabilize fixed categories of identity, proposing an exploration of existence that is perpetually in flux, shaped by the subconscious currents of cultural and environmental forces.
