One is working. The other one is too but it doesn't seem that way. Or she is on vacation, or only the environment is like that. Or one is retired, and everyday life is like a vacation. Whether at work or on vacation, the great art is to listen to each other and to overcome and forget linguistic and cultural differences. Filmmaking is often a means to this end, blurring the boundaries between staging and reality. People get closer, togetherness counts, a warm feeling arises. (Linn Löffler)

Pepe, an elderly Spaniard, has improvised his own golf course on the outskirts of Madrid. Daniela, a young Cuban filmmaker, discovers his routine as she tries to portray him. Both have hearing disabilities. On the border of a space destined to disappear, the camera translates this improbable "dialogue of the deaf". Two very different generations and cultures meet through film and get to know and appreciate each other's everyday lives.
